FARM FRESH DAIRY

When creating our award-wining dairy recipe, we decided to let the simple ingredients shine. We use A2 farm fresh milk, sourced locally in North Georgia from Mountain Fresh Creamery. What is A2 milk and why is it so special? A2 milk is 100% natural without the addition of hormones and is an antibiotic free milk that naturally contains A2 casein protein. A2 milk tends to be easier to digest and is recommended for people who can not digest regular milk easily. In addition, the milk is naturally creamy and sweet so we don't have to add unnecessary amounts of cream and sugar. On top of this, our ice cream is egg-free and naturally gluten-free. This makes our ice cream a guilt free and healthier dessert! Menu subject to change based on availability. Gluten-free options available upon request. Seasonal options available in store.
